Analyze business requirements and technical specifications of applications in development to determine how to develop into testable elements.
Participate/ lead in the development of test scripts, test scenarios and test methodologies and document for execution. May review and critique test scripts developed by peers and suggest improvements.
Work with team to conduct tests for applications in production or in development, applications pending migration, or applications recently patched. May lead test exercises involving less experienced staff.
Document test results, and compile results of other testers into a consolidated report for management, clients, and applications staff. May perform regression or other analyses and present in project meeting.
Know environment impact and side effect to other modules when features are changed or when developing new software. Implement automation script to coverage features and functions of the products.
Ensure quality in own assigned scope/tickets are met customer expectations.
Understand testing concept, basic testing technique, software life cycle, and Agile fundamental process.
Practicing root cause analysis to prevent repeating same defect leakage to customers.
Create and manage automated functional and non-functional testing script.
Collaborate with the development team and QA team to understand timeline and impact for each new feature.

At least 2 year experience in position Quality Assurance (QA)
Experience with quality assurance practices and testing methodologies.
Experience with test plan and test case development and execution.
Experience with developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
Experience with automated testing applications.
Demonstrated documentation and reporting experience.
Experience working within an Agile Development Environment.
